To expand palletizer machines and buffer warehouses at PT. A Plant, it is necessary to have an additional IO on PLC control and the addition of a SCADA screen for the automation process
Challenge :
PT A has a control panel with a main PLC S7 300 which with the addition of a palletizer machine, it is necessary to edit and add programs from both PLC and SCADA WinCC. However, the process of retrieving program backup data can only be done directly on site, so the work process can only be done directly on site, with a time limit of 7 working days including the interlocking proses with existing and new packer
Solution :
Thanks to Siemens Step 7 and Wincc, the project was successfully executed, despite the time constraints. Commissioning also went well and without any obstacles. So that all plants can work and run well
